I’m Erin Crail, LMHC, and co-founder of Four Points Coaching. I work with thoughtful, capable adults who are navigating transition, pressure, or a sense of feeling stuck — and who want a grounded, structured space to gain clarity, perspective, and forward momentum.

My coaching style is calm, relational, and practical. Clients often come to me when they’re functioning well on the outside but feel misaligned, overwhelmed, or uncertain about next steps. Together, we slow things down and work through Four core areas that support meaningful change: Perspective, Alignment, Direction, and Integration.
Our work begins with Perspective — creating space to step back, see patterns more clearly, and understand what’s truly influencing your choices. From there, we focus on Alignment, helping you reconnect with your values, priorities, and internal signals so decisions feel grounded rather than forced. Direction brings clarity and intention to next steps, transforming insight into action. Finally, Integration ensures that growth is sustainable — woven into your daily life in ways that feel realistic and lasting.
With over two decades of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, my coaching work is informed by deep clinical insight, nervous-system awareness, and an understanding of how emotions, thought patterns, and stress responses shape behavior. While coaching is not therapy, this background allows me to bring nuance, emotional intelligence, and steadiness into our work together.
Four Points Coaching was created for individuals who value discretion, flexibility, and a highly personalized coaching experience. Our work is collaborative and focused — designed to strengthen self-trust, improve decision-making, and support thoughtful, intentional growth.
Outside of my professional work, I’m a lifelong learner and creative thinker who believes growth unfolds best at a human pace. I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect into every coaching relationship, and I consider it a privilege to support clients during meaningful seasons of change.
