I’m Don Harris, MBA, CPC, and co-founder of Four Points Coaching. I enjoy working with those who want to embrace what can be. Without a desire, there can’t be effective change. Whether your challenge is personal or professional, I’m here to help you improve.

I have spent years helping individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. As a Certified Professional Coach, I help people gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and move purposefully toward meaningful personal and professional goals.

I work best with individuals or executives who are searching for answers and are ready to create positive change in their life or business. My coaching style is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and active listening. Together, we explore what matters most to you, identify what’s holding you back, and develop practical strategies—whether you’re navigating a short-term challenge or planning for long-term growth.

Professionally, I have worked with multiple Boards of Directors, consulted with a wide range of businesses, volunteered with nonprofit organizations, taught at the high school level, and coached youth and teen sports teams. I have also served as an adjunct admissions counselor for private boarding schools across New England, helping students and families navigate a highly competitive educational process.

My background includes graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy, earning a BS from Northeastern University, and completing an MBA at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I previously served as a Team Leader in the U.S. Army Special Operations with the 75th Ranger Regiment, an experience that shaped my values around leadership, resilience, accountability, and service. I am married and the proud parent of three sons who have recently graduated from college.
